Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day administrative and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and other commercial documents.
• Maintain records, data entry, and documentation accurately.
• Handle emails and correspondence with customers and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and documentation.
• Maintain customer and vendor records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Perform general back-office and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of email drafting and professional correspondence.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Eligibility:

• B.Com graduates are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
