Job Summary

The Back Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily business activities. The role involves data management, document handling, coordination with internal teams, and assisting with insurance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer records, policy details, and documentation in company systems.
  • Process insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and daily operational summaries.
  • Coordinate with insurance partners, agents, and internal departments as required.
  • Handle email communication, follow-ups, and query resolution.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all data and documents.
  • Support the sales and customer service teams with backend operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, printing, and record keeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,345.46 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tollygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

  • Insurance verification: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Bengali, English, Hindi (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
