Back-End Developer

We are seeking a dedicated Node.js Developer to become a part of our expanding development team. The perfect candidate will possess fundamental knowledge of JavaScript and server-side development utilizing Node.js. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of scalable backend services using Node.js, collaborating with frontend components through RESTful APIs, contributing to database design and operations involving MongoDB or PostgreSQL, working closely with frontend developers, designers, and testers, generating clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, engaging in code reviews and gaining insights from senior developers, and supporting testing, debugging, and deployment tasks. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of JavaScript and ES6+ features, a basic understanding of Node.js and Express.js, familiarity with MongoDB or any SQL-based database, comprehension of asynchronous programming and promises, basic knowledge of Git and version control, a willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include exposure to REST APIs, a fundamental understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, and involvement in personal or academic projects related to Node.js.
