Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers who have expressed interest in our products/services. Your goal is to convert warm leads into loyal customers by understanding their needs, providing expert consultations, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Promptly follow up on inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospects pain points and business goals. Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, explaining product features and benefits in a way that resonates with the customer’s specific needs. Pipeline Management: Move leads through the sales funnel, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Closing: Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Feedback Loop: Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer sentiment. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or an enterprise environment with a focus on targets. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Active Listening: The ability to hear what a customer isn't saying and ask the right follow-up questions. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Digital marketing and modern communication tools. Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Education High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
