Job Overview We are hiring a Mendix Developer with around 3 years of hands-on experience for a short-term assignment to build an Internal Audit application. This is a duration-based project expected to be completed within 2 to 3 weeks, requiring full-time involvement of 8 hours per day . The role includes developing 20–25 application screens, handling workflows, data models and performing unit testing. This is a fixed-cost engagement with a clear delivery scope and daily progress tracking. Position Name: Mendix Developer Position Category: Application Development Project Duration: 2-3 weeks Experience Level: 3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience Certified: Yes or No Advanced certification is a plus Work Location: Remote Working Week: Monday to Friday Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Work Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Dubai time Work Conditions: Own Laptop / Remote (with daily check-ins and progress reviews) Employment Type: Freelance/ Contract (Time bound engagement) Candidate Notice Period: Immediate Key Responsibilities & Skills Roles & Responsibilities: • Build a robust, responsive and user-friendly Internal Audit Application using Mendix. • Design front-end UI, data models, microflows and logic as per the business requirements. • Deliver functional modules (screens) progressively and iteratively. • Perform thorough unit testing for each feature delivered. • Work closely with project manager and technical lead for daily progress tracking. • Ensure smooth deployment readiness within the timeline. Role Summary Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience (preferably Mendix 9+) • Proficient in pages, domain models, microflows, nanoflows, roles & security. • Experience with REST APIs integration and entity relationships. • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. • Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based deliveries is a plus. • Good communication and time management skills.
