🚀 We’re Hiring: Process Trainer – Chat Support (US, UK & Australia) Location: Kausani (Uttarakhand) | Full-time We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to prepare our rural BPO employees for international chat support roles across US, UK, and Australia. What you’ll do: ✔Train new hires on process knowledge, tools, compliance and chat etiquette. ✔ Coach agents on written English, grammar, tone, and cultural nuances for US, UK, and AU customers. ✔ Conduct mock chats, simulations, and roleplays to prepare agents for real-world scenarios. ✔Deliver refresher sessions based on QA feedback and support employees with on-floor coaching . ✔Collaborate with Team Leaders, QAs, and Operations Managers to drive performance outcomes. What we’re looking for: ✨ Graduate with 2–3 years’ experience as a Process/Language Trainer in BPO/chat processes. ✨Strong written English and ability to teach regional differences (US, UK, AU). ✨Hands-on experience in international chat support training (mandatory). ✨Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) preferred. ✨ A patient, engaging facilitator who can design training for rural/semi-urban learners .
