Manage and maintain company profiles across B2B platforms including IndiaMART, GEM, Project India, and others, ensuring accurate and appealing product listings. Promptly respond to buyer inquiries, qualify leads, and forward high-potential inquiries to the relevant sales or management personnel for follow-up. Track and follow up on leads generated from online platforms, keeping a record of conversion status and regularly updating sales personnel. Collaborate with internal teams to update product descriptions, pricing, images, certificates, and other listing elements to improve visibility and credibility. Engage with IndiaMART and other platform representatives to explore and implement paid promotions or banner listings to boost traffic. Maintain inquiry records, prepare weekly reports on platform performance, response timelines, and lead conversion metrics.
