Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kendujhar for a Shift In Charge-Crushing & Screening Plant. The Shift In Charge will oversee daily operations at the crushing and screening plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, coordinating with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance, managing a team of operators and laborers, ensuring adherence to safety norms and regulations, and troubleshooting operational issues as they arise. Qualifications Experience in managing crushing and screening plant operations Proficiency in monitoring and ensuring equipment performance Skills in coordinating maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) Strong leadership skills to manage a team of operators and workers In-depth knowledge of safety norms and regulations related to mining operations Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting operational issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred Previous experience in iron ore crushing and screening operation is preferred.
