Position: Store Manager / Senior Sales Executive Brand: Cetus Automotives (By Bab Group) Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai Reporting To: Proprietor – Cetus Automotives ABOUT THE COMPANY Cetus Automotives is a premium automotive interiors brand specialising in bespoke leather interiors, recliner seating systems, luxury MUV conversions, and steering wheel customisation. The Chennai flagship showroom is the centre for design, customer experience, and high-value automotive customisation. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a strong Store Manager/Senior Sales Executive who can independently handle showroom operations and drive consistent sales. ⭐ ROLE PURPOSE To manage the entire showroom operations, drive sales conversions, and ensure a premium client experience while coordinating with factory, marketing, and the Hyderabad store. 📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales & Client Handling Handle walk-in clients and understand requirements. Showcase materials, designs, stitching, quilting, recliner seats, and product demos. Provide quotations based on car models and pricing structure. Manage the complete customer journey: enquiry → quotation → payment → delivery. Achieve monthly sales targets set for the Chennai showroom. Handle escalations and price objections with professionalism. 2. CRM & Lead Management (Odoo) Enter all leads and maintain stage updates. Manage follow-ups and maintain proper client notes. Ensure accurate quotation updates under the same lead. Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports. 3. Showroom Operations & Ambience Maintain showroom cleanliness, display organization, and customer comfort. Track and rotate display samples (leather boards, quilting panels, steering wheels). Update showroom TV media and ensure a luxury client experience. 4. Coordination With Factory (Thirumudivakkam) Daily follow-up on work progress, TAT, and readiness of vehicles. Ensure proper work order flow and handover. Perform quality checks before client delivery. Coordinate with drivers for vehicle movement. 5. Sales Team Leadership Assign leads and monitor daily activities. Conduct quick daily review calls. Train team members on sales techniques and client handling. Track productivity and escalate concerns when needed. 6. Marketing Coordination Share before/after photos and client reaction videos with the digital team. Coordinate on Car of the Week, social media content, and ad performance updates. Provide clear feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. 7. Hyderabad Store Support Act as a communication bridge for shared leads and pricing queries. Monitor Hyderabad sales performance and update management. Maintain inter-branch coordination. 8. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records for work orders, invoices, delivery notes, and files. Support ISO documentation requirements. Prepare weekly sales PPT (Targets vs Achieved, conversion rates, issues, etc.). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience 3–8 years in premium retail, automobile showroom sales, luxury goods, or customer-facing roles. Experience handling high-value clients preferred. Team leadership experience is a plus. Skills Strong communication (English & Tamil mandatory). Confident sales closing ability. CRM knowledge (Odoo experience preferred). Strong organisational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Professional grooming and customer-centric mindset.
