Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of our team at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to shaping the future of AI. Your role will involve hands-on experience with generative AI models and developing AI agents using various frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Work with generative AI models such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc. - Implement prompt engineering techniques including role-based prompting, context-aware prompting, and instruction tuning for AI agents. - Develop AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, Crew AI, and Semantic Kernel. - Utilize Azure AI Services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Speech Services, Azure AI Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. - Fine-tune models and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enhancing model responses. - Demonstrate proficiency in Python, AI/ML libraries, REST APIs, and integration of AI services into applications. - Evaluate AI model outputs using performance metrics and user feedback for iterative improvement. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG. - Familiarity with vector databases and model deployment tools such as ONNX and TorchServe. - Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research. - Awareness of ethical AI practices and generative model safety.
