Description
We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with strong deployment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and ensuring smooth application deployments to Azure environments. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes and improve system reliability. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts). Automate application build, test, and deployment workflows across environments (dev, test, staging, production). Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform . Monitor deployment processes and troubleshoot issues in real-time. Set up and maintain release pipelines , approval gates, and deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, etc.). Work with Git-based version control and branching strategies (GitFlow or trunk-based development). Ensure security and compliance standards are integrated into the DevOps lifecycle. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for deployment and automation processes. Required Skills & Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in DevOps with a focus on Azure cloud . Proficient with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts). Strong understanding of CI/CD best practices and automation. Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting . Experience in deploying applications using containers and orchestrators like Docker & Kubernetes (AKS) . Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (App Insights, Log Analytics, etc.). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Azure Certifications (e.g., AZ-400: DevOps Engineer Expert ). Experience with GitHub Actions , Jenkins, or other CI tools. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
