Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Azure based cloud solutions, with an emphasis on best practice Azure cloud security.

This role requires more than just following instructions — have excellent experience in upper stream engagement phases (Proposal, Requirement, Design) with Japanese language capability. We need someone who proactively identifies issues, understands the "why" behind the request, and takes ownership of designing and implementing solutions. Flexibility beyond assigned roles is key in our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high quality, scalable and performance focused software based on .Net/J2EE.
• Lead and design experience of Azure architecture including Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain an Azure based cloud solution, with an emphasis on best practice Azure cloud security.
• Produce technical specifications and software designs based on high level product requirements.
• Able to Take Azure Infra design and manage full responsibility and able to mentor team working on Azure Services.
• Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure that functional requirements are met.
• Get involved in designing and developing POCs as needed.
• Identify risks associated with software development projects and recommend means of mitigating these risks.
• Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of development processes that enhance the performance and quality of personal and team deliverables.
• Provide technical support, mentoring and inspiration to team.
• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements.
• Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud architecture.
• Solid understanding of core Azure services: Azure Compute, Networking, Storage, Azure AD, ARM templates, etc.
• Proven expertise in cloud-to-cloud migration projects (e.g., AWS to Azure, GCP to Azure).
• Experience in architecting scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions on Azure.
• Have excellent experience in upper stream phases (Proposal, Requirement, Design).
• Experience with DevOps Orchestration/Configuration/Continuous Integration Management technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• Experience working in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Preferred to have Japanese language capability.
• 10–15 years in data architecture, engineering, and warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL or any other database.

• Microsoft Certification: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Cloud or data architecture certifications preferred.

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
