Medication and Treatment Administration: Administer medications, injections, and intravenous (IV) fluids as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for any side effects or reactions. Care Planning and Documentation: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and detailed electronic and paper medical records. Assisting Medical Staff: Support doctors and surgeons during examinations, procedures, and rounds. Prepare patients for operations and post-operative care.
