Role Description Responsible for sales generation through qualified leads; Liquidation of available inventory and bring new integrators into system. Contacting builders, fire consultants and direct customers at times and covering the defined territory Minimum 2 years of Experience involved with Project Sales of Fire Alarm System, Fire Cables, CCTV and Public Addressable System (PA) Sales Executive role will involve meeting Fire Consultants/System Integrator to specify the brands that Ayzo work with in private and government projects Playing a role of middle management between frontline sales force and top management and aligning activities for meeting objectives – Monthly, Quarterly and Annually Job involves 80% time spent on the field conducting meetings and 20% office work like preparing estimates, quotations etc. Education Qualification - Minimum B.Tech or BE (MBA Preferred) Compensation Structure - 4 to 10L L per annum (sales incentive extra).

The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to meet client needs. They will conduct market research, create and present proposals, achieve sales targets, and take part in negotiations. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including the ability to achieve targets, develop client relationships, and close deals. Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and understand industry trends. Problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach to develop tailored solutions. Familiarity with Security and Life Safety products or experience in a related field is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills. Willingness to work on-site and travel, if required.
