A Research Associate designs, conducts, and analyzes research, collecting data, interpreting findings, and preparing reports/publications, often in labs or offices, collaborating with teams, ensuring ethical compliance, and presenting results to stakeholders to support decision-making in fields like pharma, tech, or academia. Key duties include literature reviews, experimental execution, data analysis, report writing, and project management, requiring strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Research Design & Execution : Design experiments, conduct literature reviews, collect data (lab or primary/secondary sources), and maintain meticulous records. Data Analysis & Interpretation : Analyze data using statistical methods, interpret findings, and convert information into structured reports. Reporting & Communication : Prepare research proposals, reports, and publications; present findings to colleagues, stakeholders, or the public. Collaboration & Mentorship : Work with senior researchers, PIs, and junior staff; train and mentor new team members. Compliance & Management : Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and regulations; manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
