Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Tiruppur Taluka. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to understand and fulfill staffing needs, conducting training and development programs, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement training and development programs Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
