Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Mhasla. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including administrative assistance, managing phone calls, executive administrative support, and performing clerical duties. The role requires effective communication skills to handle correspondence and interactions with clients and staff. Qualifications Excellent Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, email clients) High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
