Business Development Executive with a background in Electronics industry (Solar Panels/Lights) to drive customer acquisition and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads and convert them into business. Role & responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Solar Panel/Lights sector. Generate leads through various channels cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and site visits. Conduct site assessments and provide basic technical solutions in coordination with the engineering team. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, contractors, and channel partners. Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and sales pitches. Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in customer meetings. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare sales reports. Skills : Lead Generation Solar Sales Customer Relationship Management Proposal & Quotation Preparation Market Intelligence Project Coordination Education : B.Tech/M.Tech (Electronics/Electrical) Preferences : Candidates from Electronics Industry Background will have an advantage for this post.

The Accounts cum Payroll Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations along with accurate and timely payroll processing. The role requires maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and handling payroll functions efficiently. Role & responsibilities Payroll Management Process monthly payroll accurately and on time Calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with HR for employee data updates and on-boarding Accounting Duties Record day-to-day financial transactions Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts Prepare financial reports and assist in audits Manage accounts payable/receivable Handle GST filings and tax documentation Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to labor laws and financial regulations Generate payroll and financial reports for management Assist in internal and external audits Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce 2-4 years of experience in payroll and accounting roles Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Payroll, ADP) Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and statutory compliance Skills Attention to Detail - Accuracy in payroll and financial entries Time Management - Meeting payroll deadlines and monthly closings Analytical Thinking - Identifying discrepancies and resolving issues Communication Skills - Coordinating with HR, finance, and employees Software Proficiency - Excel, Tally, ERP systems, payroll tools
