Went to the Axis bank to repay the existing home loan. Parking issues outside. Earlier they used to have visitor parking inside but have moved this out. Good requencing of enquiries but it always takes some time before the executive calls you in. Overall got done what was planned so good visit.

Not enough security at the main gate. Security guards are relaxing; beedi and chaye. There is no reception at the entry. There is one at the end; the interpersonal skill of their employees isn't great; it took them a lot of time to hand over a visitor's card.
