Went to the Axis bank to repay the existing home loan. Parking issues outside. Earlier they used to have visitor parking inside but have moved this out. Good requencing of enquiries but it always takes some time before the executive calls you in. Overall got done what was planned so good visit.

Not enough security at the main gate. Security guards are relaxing; beedi and chaye. There is no reception at the entry. There is one at the end; the interpersonal skill of their employees isn't great; it took them a lot of time to hand over a visitor's card.

Spacious building with well managed Bank Loan centre. No long standing queues and separate officers query handling desks. Adequate staff and polite with abke management.

I visited Axis Bank, you feel like a Dubai office but the gentry is too poor mindset, they were walking round n round after lunch and talking loudly over phone and eachother
