Worst bank, credit manager is uneducated or feels like he is sitting here after taking afeem, he is not understand the account statment, I don't think so he is able to read loan account statment properly, this kind of employee ruined the image of the Bank, later we approach another Bank with same statment and got the loan approved.

The staff of this loan branch is very very friendly and cooperative. Had effectively done my loan work without troubling much.
Moreover, the communication skills are very good and they resolve all your doubts patiently which I never received in the bank where my account actually is..!

I got v bad experience with axis bank especially loan department they are harassing me since last two months for my education loan though I provided everything they needed but not result till this date

Really a pathetic customer service. They really don't know about their own policies. Just delaying the service by giving unnecessary excuses...will never recommend this bank to anyone...
