Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal Python Data professional with strong expertise in Python, Data Science, and AWS Streaming Services. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable data science solutions, real-time streaming pipelines, and cloud-based data processing workflows.

The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on Python development, expertise in AWS streaming technologies, and the ability to deliver reliable, high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Python-based data science solutions for data manipulation, statistical modelling, and automation.
• Design, develop, and optimize real-time data streaming pipelines using AWS Kinesis, Amazon MSK, or similar streaming platforms.
• Lead data ingestion, processing, and real-time analytics across streaming and batch data sources.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and monitoring across data pipelines.
• Analyse complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and cloud engineering teams to define requirements and technical solutions.
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with security and operational policies.
• Automate data workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive end-to-end project delivery.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to data streaming and analytics solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
• Experience in Data Science, statistical modelling, and data manipulation.
• Strong expertise in AWS Streaming Services, particularly Amazon Kinesis and/or Amazon MSK.
• Experience in real-time data streaming, ingestion, and processing.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, batch processing, and real-time analytics.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, monitoring, and cloud security.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Apache Kafka and event-driven data architectures.
• AWS cloud-based data processing and analytics.
• Data workflow automation and performance optimization.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise data solutions.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and leading project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• 12-16 years of relevant experience.
• Strong combination of Python, Data Science/Data Engineering, and AWS Streaming expertise.
• Candidates must be immediate joiners only.
• Candidates should be available for a face-to-face interview in Hyderabad.
