The Role As Country Manager for India, you’ll drive Aware™’s growth in one of the world’s most critical textile hubs. This isn’t just sales, it’s market creation. You’ll lead commercial strategy, customer acquisition, and implementation, convincing manufacturers to adopt Aware™ as their go-to traceability solution before brands force them to. Key Responsibilities Full P&L Ownership – Build and execute the strategy to scale Aware™ in India. Close TaaS Agreements – Negotiate long-term contracts with textile manufacturers. Market Education – Prove blockchain’s value over traditional audits in a resistant industry. Implementation & Retention – Ensure seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Influence – Partner with industry groups, NGOs, and media to position Aware™ as the transparency standard. Team Leadership – Grow and manage a local team as the business expands. Global Collaboration – Work closely with our Amsterdam-based team. Who You Are A Persuasive Leader – You inspire change, even in skeptical markets.
