Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive Location: Jaipur Experience: 3–5 Years Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong grasp of payroll processes and generalist responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting sales teams and working in a product-driven environment. A key part of the role involves conducting interviews for critical offline sales positions such as BSMs, Area Sales Heads, and other field roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage core HR operations , including employee onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and exit formalities. Handle payroll coordination and ensure timely processing in collaboration with finance and external vendors. Serve as a point of contact for all HR generalist activities including employee engagement, grievance handling, and policy implementation. Collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, performance metrics, and team structures. Conduct interviews and drive the hiring process for offline sales roles like Business Sales Managers (BSM), Area Sales Heads, and Territory Sales Managers. Ensure HR strategies align with business goals, particularly for sales and GTM teams . Monitor attendance, leave records, and help implement incentive plans and field-force recognition initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a product-based company with exposure to sales-driven teams . Strong knowledge of HR operations , payroll systems , and employee lifecycle management . Proven experience in interviewing and hiring for sales profiles . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
