Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (IT & Internship Candidates)Understand the job requirements shared by bank clients. Source suitable candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Handle bulk internship hiring as per client requirements. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video rounds, and shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews with internal panel or bank client HR. 2. Client CoordinationCommunicate regularly with bank HR teams regarding open positions. Share shortlisted profiles with clients and track feedback. Manage documentation and joining formalities as required by the bank. Maintain a professional relationship with all client stakeholders. 3. Candidate ManagementMaintain candidate pipeline for IT roles and internship positions. Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, and client expectations to candidates. Follow up with candidates till onboarding. Maintain records of interviews, selections, and offer status. 4. Recruitment OperationsPrepare daily/weekly MIS on recruitment status. Maintain updated job descriptions and candidate databases. Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality standards. Support HR team in other activities like induction and documentation when required. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in HR / Management or related field. 1–3 years' experience in recruitment (IT hiring preferred). Experience in campus hiring / internship hiring will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of job portals and sourcing techniques. Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
