We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Incharge who specializes in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) Structural Erection . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring timely execution of erection work, and leading a workforce of over 60 site personnel, including fitters, welders, riggers, and helpers. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all PEB structural erection activities at the project site. Read and interpret erection drawings and ensure correct implementation on site. Plan and execute day-to-day site activities to meet project timelines and productivity targets. Lead, monitor, and manage a workforce of 60+ skilled and unskilled workers, ensuring high-quality output. Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and client representatives. Monitor resource utilization including manpower, machinery, and materials. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Troubleshoot site issues related to erection and resolve them promptly. Ensure that all erection work is carried out within the specified budget and time frame. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience (8+ years) in managing PEB structural erection projects. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficient in interpreting structural and erection drawings. Good knowledge of erection equipment such as cranes, boom lifts, and other rigging tools. Ability to manage multiple site teams and subcontractors effectively. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee and manage scaffolding activities at our project sites. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures including standard, hanging, and specialized scaffolding as per project requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate scaffolding crews for erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Ensure scaffolding is constructed in compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications. Plan scaffolding requirements by reviewing project drawings, site conditions, and work schedules. Inspect scaffolding materials and structures to ensure stability, safety, and suitability for the intended use. Provide technical guidance to scaffolders for complex scaffolding works, including hanging scaffolds and specialized scaffolding solutions . Maintain proper documentation including scaffold inspection reports, handover certificates, and safety checklists. Liaise with site engineers, safety officers, and project managers to meet project requirements. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards at all times. Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines. Conduct regular toolbox talks and ensure workers are aware of scaffolding safety practices. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 810 years of scaffolding experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Construction projects. Proven expertise in all types of scaffolding including hanging scaffolds and specialized scaffolding systems. Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Civil discipline preferred (not mandatory if extensive experience is present). Certification in Scaffolding Supervision/Competent Person (CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards (OSHA, BS EN, IS codes, etc.) and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and scaffolding plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions.
