Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily factory operations, ensuring timely completion of production targets. Monitor production efficiency and quality standards, taking corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate between production, quality, inventory, and maintenance departments.Implement and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all production stages. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.Manage workforce schedules, allocate responsibilities, and evaluate staff performance. Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Collaborate with the management team to plan production strategies and optimize costs. Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines and equipment are in good working condition. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or equivalent. 3–4 years of proven experience in factory or production management (preferably in textile/apparel manufacturing). Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and inventory systems. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S will be an advantage. Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems). Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. We produce high-quality product photos for catalogs, e-commerce platforms, and social media promotions. Role Overview We are looking for a Female Model to showcase our new ethnic wear designs in regular photoshoots. The model is required to visit only once or twice a week , depending on new stock arrivals. Key Responsibilities Model 15–20 new ethnic wear designs per week . Attend photoshoots at our Gandhi Nagar studio 1–2 times per week . Pose in a way that clearly highlights product fit, fabric, and detailing. Maintain a clean, presentable look with basic makeup suitable for ethnic wear. Work smoothly with photographer and styling team. Requirements Female, confident in front of the camera. Should be comfortable wearing sarees, kurtis, suits, lehengas, etc. Good posture, neat appearance, and a positive attitude. No prior modeling experience required (training will be provided if needed). Should be available weekly on flexible days. Work Schedule 1–2 shoot days per week based on new collections.
