We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and responsible individual who can handle both management and telecalling responsibilities for our laundry & dry-cleaning business. The candidate will be the key point of contact for customers, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to business growth.
Pick up clothes from customers’ locations and deliver them back after cleaning. Check garments at the time of pickup for any damage, stains, or special instructions and record them in the system/remarks. Ensure timely and safe delivery of garments. Collect payments (if Cash on Delivery) and hand them over to the company. Maintain proper communication with customers regarding delivery time. Handle clothes carefully to avoid any loss or damage. Keep the delivery bag/vehicle clean and maintained. Follow company rules, dress code, and behavior standards while interacting with customers.
Handle dry cleaning process – stain removal, washing, chemical treatment, and finishing. Perform ironing/pressing of clothes (cotton, silk, wool, delicate fabrics, etc.). Tag and organize clothes for easy delivery tracking. Ensure quality standards – garments should be cleaned and pressed neatly. Assist in customer handling (receiving and delivering clothes, taking payments if required). Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the shop/work area. Operate machines safely and perform basic upkeep.
