Worst customer service, address is not correctly updated on Google, the branch is at Trade Star building ‘C’ wing 5th floor, please do not go to the address marked on Google, it’s a residential building, other insurance companies are way better and efficient

Right now calling up the customer care for check pick up and other stuff is fine. They send the executive to ur add n pick up. Till now all good

Worst service. They will make you run again and again when you want to close the policy. Person aged 50+ years always has slightly mismatch but that is not considered even if that policy holder himself is present and signs in front of their office staff. Fed up of AVIVA. Sorry ill never be back for insurance here.

Non cooperative staff. Their only agenda seems to coax policyholders to surrender their old policies and take a new policy out of the money received, so that they get fat commission on new policy.

Pathetic services.....off add is not updated on website,no one is picking up call at this branch and if u call on toll free no it shud be from registered mob no .....UFFFF..... horrible how to contact this branch??????????????
