We're looking for a passionate and hands-on Farm Manager who can lead day-to-day operations, manage farm, and drive productivity across our 20-acre integrated farm. What You’ll Do: Supervise and coordinate all farming activities including mulberry cultivation, mango orchards, vetiver farming, livestock, and aquaculture Plan and monitor plantation cycles, irrigation, fertigation, and harvesting schedules Implement modern farming methods including drip systems, SOP-based sericulture practices Lead and train farm workers and interns Coordinate with vendors, input suppliers, and buyers Maintain accurate records of farm inputs, yields, and inventory Contribute to farm expansion, sustainability, and agritourism projects What We’re Looking For: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture/Sericulture (preferred) 1+ years of hands-on farm management or supervisory experience Strong understanding of crop planning, irrigation systems, pest/disease management Leadership and people management skills Comfortable with basic digital tools (Google Sheets, farm software) Passionate about sustainable and commercial farming What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Opportunity to work in a visionary, fast-growing agri-enterprise Exposure to modern farm technologies and innovations Leadership role with high growth potential Ready to grow with us?
