Utilize Agile management methodologies to plan, track, and control project lifecycles. Conduct regular project reviews and drive daily stand-up meetings to foster communication and accountability. Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address roadblocks. Minimum 12 years of experience in software development operations management. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget. Manages the successful delivery of over $2 million annually. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and workflows. Expertise in utilizing project management tools and metrics for performance optimization. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
