Ensure efficient handling of guest complaints and feedback to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year experience in hospitality industry (front office operations). Excellent communication skills with ability to handle pressure situations effectively. Strong presentation skills with convincing power to upsell/cross-sell hotel services. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
