Role & responsibilities Execute all day-to-day financial operations of the India Office Handle correspondence in the Finance and Administration division Invoice creation and distribution as per requirement Execution of the monthly Accounting & Settlement Preparation of the quarter, mid-year and annual statements of accounts in consultation with the Finance Manager Maintains financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of financial statements. Maintain balance sheet schedules, ledgers, and bank reconciliations. Prepare the Consolidated Excel Reports for Management Preparation of monthly financial & Overview reports Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures Provide support for any special projects or intercompany reporting requirements. Key Skills: Graduate in commerce with thorough knowledge of accounting principles. Minimum 35 years of experience in accounting and taxation. Working experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage Experience in the Tourism or Aviation industry and IATA BSP knowledge will also be an advantage. Strong Working Knowledge and experience in Tax Accounting, Tally, TDS, and GST filing . Excellent communication and analytical skills Proficiency in MS-Office Products, especially MS Excel. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Innovative and able to perform best at challenging times Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
