We specialize in providing products for custom installation of Audio/Video Systems, Home Automation, Security and WiFi and Networking. We are in search of a candidate who learn how to setup and program Home Automation Systems. This job is an office based job at our Seawoods, Navi Mumbai Showroom. Industry Experience of atleast 2 Years is a Must and knowledge of KNX ETS Programming is also required. Experience working with KNX ETS Software and knowledge of Home Automation Systems Programming tools like Control4 or Savant will be an advantage. You should also be proficient in tasks such as working with Lighting Control, testing Lighting Circuits, and creating Lighting Design and Automation Design Schematic Drawings. The job timings are from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday through Saturday, at our Seawoods, Navi Mumbai office. Travel expenses to job sites within Mumbai and outside will be covered by the company. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Electronic Repair Technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced AV and automation electronics — from amplifiers and AV receivers to networking equipment, processors, and control systems. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of electronic circuits, component-level troubleshooting, and practical experience with AV gear. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair faults in AV receivers, amplifiers, subwoofers, processors, and control systems . Conduct bench testing and calibration to ensure repaired devices meet factory specifications. Troubleshoot HDMI, audio signal, and power supply issues at component level. Replace or re-solder faulty components such as ICs, capacitors, transistors, and resistors. Maintain accurate service and repair logs , documenting issues, parts used, and actions taken. Coordinate with the installation and automation teams to assist in field service calls when needed. Ensure ESD-safe practices and follow standard operating procedures during all repair tasks. Work closely with the technical and inventory departments to order components and maintain spare part stock. Support quality assurance testing for demo units and showroom displays before client handover. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / ITI in Electronics or equivalent technical qualification. 2–5 years of experience in electronic equipment repair , preferably in AV, audio, or automation systems. Hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, soldering stations, and test benches . Strong understanding of signal flow, analog and digital circuits , and component-level diagnostics. Familiarity with AV brands such as Marantz, Denon, Onkyo, AudioControl, Yamaha, etc. is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and customer service teams . Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience repairing network switches, PoE devices, or automation controllers (e.g., Savant, Control4, etc.). Understanding of Dante audio networking and HDMI distribution systems . Basic software or firmware updating knowledge for AV devices. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
