Position: Senior Executive – Accounts Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site) Experience : 3–6 years preferred Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent professional degree Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and periodic statements for management. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Support monthly and annual closing, audit preparation, and internal controls. Monitor cash flow, vendor accounts, and expense management. Work closely with senior management to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Contribute to process improvements and ERP-based automation initiatives. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / other ERP platforms ( Zoho ERP experience preferred ). Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance. Advanced MS Excel and analytical reporting skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability. Effective communication and team coordination skills. Preferred Background: Experience in trading, distribution, or service-oriented businesses. The role involves client visits, relationship building, and understanding basic chemistry to communicate product value effectively. Key Responsibilities • Visit pharma R&D/QC/QA labs and maintain strong client relationships • Generate new leads and convert business opportunities • Explain impurity profiling, standards, reference materials to clients • Coordinate with technical & inside sales team for quotations and follow-ups • Weekly reporting of visits, leads, and market insights Requirements • M.Sc.
