Post: Cook/Chef - Male only Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and hygienic Male Cook / Chef with experience in preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The candidate must be familiar with Indian cuisine and should be capable of maintaining kitchen standards as per health regulations. Preference will be given to those with Guest House/ Home or Hospitality experience. Key Responsibilities: Prepare menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per daily requirements. Prepare ingredients for cooking: chop, peel, and cut vegetables and meats (veg & non-veg). Cook meals using various kitchen equipment (stove, oven, grillers, etc.). Monitor food during cooking and stir or turn when required. Ensure hygienic and presentable plating before serving. Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the kitchen and utensils. Ensure proper storage of ingredients and cooked food. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use. Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and inform when orders are needed. Follow all health and safety standards in the kitchen. Required Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Cook in a Guest House. Familiarity with Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine.
