Avanseus

Lead large-scale AI-driven projects with global customers, managing cross-functional teams across product design, engineering, QA, and deployment. Drive the design, development, and deployment of Avanseus' Predictive Analytics Tools across multiple geographies and domains. Act as a key liaison between R&D, Services, Delivery, and client stakeholders. Manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and reporting, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals. Own program-level planning, budgeting, risk identification, mitigation strategies, and resource management. Support AI model deployment lifecycle including KPI-based predictions, transport & RAN analytics, and API integrations (e.g., weather and power data). Conduct trainings, workshops, and onboarding sessions for internal teams and client partners. Ensure high-quality documentation including HLDs, LLDs, deployment architectures, technical specifications, and whitepapers. Define and improve processes for Agile delivery and DevOps collaboration. Oversee development tasks including architecture reviews, code reviews, and QA processes. Lead technical discussions and solution reviews with clients and partners. Guide junior team members, contributing to a culture of mentoring, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.
