Not at all willing to hear our suggestion and comments regarding the vehicle ..They do what they wish.Not even doing test drive with the car owner when we give it for service..

I recently visited 11 Motors at Salt Lake for my car's routine servicing and maintenance, and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. The staff were friendly specially the owner Mr. Archit Khanna. The garage is very conveniently located. Highly recommended

The owner has zero courtesy. He literally doesn't know how to talk to a customer (especially women) . He tries to manipulate customers... Luckily he is bad at it... I have advice for him.. get some sort of education, learn courtesy & the …
