This autopay payment private solution totally fake they have deducted by amount and this is not for the first time it happens with me it has repeated with me twice. And there is no customer care solution also if I am darling to customer care they are disconnecting call

Why is there a third party involved in Google pay for the transaction. I had done my payment via Google pay and the transaction was first going to irctc suddenly the transaction gone to autope payment solution and irctc is saying that they haven't recieved and payment and my ticket has not been booked what rubbish is thus
