The responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, implementing and managing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring the optimal functioning of machinery and infrastructure. The role also involves supervising the maintenance team, managing resources, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a team effectively Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure operational readiness Experience in Preventive Maintenance processes to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment Proficiency in Maintenance Management for planning, organizing, and executing maintenance activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in maintenance operations Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications in maintenance or equipment management are an advantage
