We’re looking for a Senior SEO Strategist with advanced AI skills to lead technical SEO, content strategy, and growth programs for local and regional brands (especially home service businesses). This role blends cutting-edge AI workflows with hands-on SEO expertise across Sanity.io, WordPress (Oxygen Builder), and advanced analytics. You’ll architect sites, build keyword clusters, create content systems, and deliver steady organic lead growth - with full autonomy. What You’ll Do: Develop SEO growth strategies tied to business goals and ICPs. Build site architecture, keyword clusters, and editorial calendars from scratch. Use AI to accelerate research, clustering, briefs, drafts, internal linking, and schema - with human QA before publishing. Diagnose legacy sites, deploy technical fixes, and improve local/regional rankings. Manage GBP optimization, off-page programs, and backlink strategies. Analyze GA4 & GSC data to produce actionable 30-day roadmaps. Deliver transparent progress updates (daily short video updates + changelogs). Must-Have Skills (Pass/Fail) AI workflow mastery (prompting + high-quality draft creation). Experienced with Deep Research using ChatGPT , Perplexity or Manus to accelerate researching and analytical tasks. SEO data entry in Sanity.io (or similar). Ability to work with HTML when and if necessary. WordPress with Oxygen Builder experience. Off-page and backlink strategy execution. Advanced technical SEO (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.). GSC & GA4 analysis → actionable plans. Proven portfolio with live results (rankings, leads, revenue impact). SEMrush expertise. Autonomy in strategy and execution. Daily progress video submissions. Nice to Have Experience with local SEO for home service businesses .
