Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and be able to work effectively in an employment firm setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and execute automated tests for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
Analyze and report defects found during testing.
Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Continuously improve testing processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and technologies.
Experience working in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies and best practices.
