Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term business growth. Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer support. Training & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and partners.
