Role Overview: As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex data-driven systems, particularly in financial services applications. You will collaborate with global teams to validate functionality, accuracy, and performance of software solutions, with a specific focus on data migration from on-premises to cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute end-to-end test plans, encompassing functional, unit, regression, and back-to-back testing - Design test strategies for data migration projects, emphasizing Oracle to Cloud transitions - Verify data accuracy and transformation logic across various environments - Write Python-based automated test scripts and utilities for validation - Participate in Agile ceremonies and closely collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proactively identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and process improvements - Contribute to continuous testing and integration practices - Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and delivered code Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of Data Testing, specifically related to Oracle to Cloud Migration - Proficiency in Python Scripting for automated test scripts and tools - Proven ability in Regression Testing to manage comprehensive test suites - Experience in Back-to-Back Testing for data integrity validation post-migration - Skilled in Functional Testing to verify system behavior against requirements - Capable of Unit Testing for small code components to ensure correctness Additional Company Details: Our company is a global financial markets infrastructure and data business with a dedication to excellence and a commitment to supporting communities and economies worldwide.
