Role Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer/Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence in the control panel industry. This role requires identifying and developing new business opportunities across a diverse range of panels, including: Drive Panels: Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) panels, Motor Control Centers (MCCs) Automation Control Panels: PLC, HMI, SCADA-based panels Process Control Panels Custom-Built OEM Panels for industrial automation applications Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear Panels (experience preferred but not mandatory) The candidate will work closely with panel builders, OEMs, system integrators, and end users to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored electrical and automation panel solutions. NOTE: This is a greenfield role , where the candidate is expected to build the customer network and channel relationships from scratch , establish the company's presence in key market segments, and develop a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in Panel Builder, OEM, and End User segments . Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial proposals. Present and promote a wide range of control panels and related products. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. Manage CRM data, generate sales reports, and track progress against targets. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Required Candidate Profile 4 to 8 years of proven sales experience in electrical and automation control panels , including but not limited to drive panels, automation panels, power distribution panels, and MV switchgear. Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields. Strong technical knowledge of panel design, components, and industrial applications. Proven ability to plan, develop, and achieve business targets in Panel Builder, OEM, and End User segments . Entrepreneurial spirit with a customer-first mindset and strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Role This is a full-time role for Eplan Design Engineer at Automata Industrial Solutions. The engineer will be responsible for the Project Design, BOM, GA, Panel Wiring Diagram The role is based in Pune. Responsibilities Experience: Hands-on experience with Eplan and Autocad software. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in PLC, Drives, Starters, Transformers, Power Calculation, and Busbar Calculation. Design Experience: Skilled in designing PLC panels, MCC panels, VFD panels, JB, and LPBS. Software Skills: Expertise in Eplan P8 and AutoCAD to create GA, machine wiring diagrams, including templates, part lists, device tag lists, cable overviews, terminal diagrams, and connection lists. Communication: Strong communication skills. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, Eplan & AutoCad Basic Knowhow in Steel & Pipe Industry - Continuous Galvanizing Line, Colour Coating Line, Cold Rolling Mills , LSAW pipe Plants etc. Knowhow in PLC, VFD, SCADA, HMI Project Development Experience in Industrial Automation Projects with experience in Emerson & Siemens PLC systems preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
