Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Manager Die & Fixtures. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of dies and fixtures used in manufacturing processes. Key tasks include managing the production and maintenance plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards, coordinating with the production team, and streamlining manufacturing operations. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, mentoring the team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency. Qualifications Expertise in Die Design, Fixture Design, and Manufacturing Processes Experience in Quality Assurance, Inspection Processes, and Maintenance Proficiency in CAD/CAM Software and other relevant design tools Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage teams, prioritize work, and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is highly preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
