As an AutoCAD 2D/3D Designer at Limitless Layouts, a Kolkata-based interior design and project management firm, your role is crucial in delivering high-quality design solutions for residential interiors, commercial spaces, and architectural projects. Your responsibilities include: - Prepare accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, and working drawings for interior and architectural projects. - Translate design concepts into precise execution-ready drawings. - Collaborate with the design team and project managers to ensure seamless workflow. - Develop space planning layouts, furniture detailing, and material specifications. - Support site teams with technical drawings and coordinate with vendors as needed. - Create high-quality visualizations or renders using software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion (preferred but not mandatory). Qualifications required for this role: - Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). - Knowledge of additional software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion is advantageous. - Strong understanding of interior layouts, detailing, and architectural drafting. - Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Experience: 1-3 years (talented freshers with good technical skills are welcome). - Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
