Rude employees. Simply put us on hold when we called to enquire and did not receive any more calls/ blocked out calls. Never experienced such rubbish customer service.

They never answer your call. I am in a situation with my background check and they are not answering my call. I just have few days to complete the verification. Emailing my queries will take ages because of the time difference as I live in the UK. This is so annoying.

I was asked to review a colleague profile. Most of time the link expires in less than a minute. Once I reviewed the profile, it again kept on sending messages to review again. When I click on the link it again says it expired

I think this is one of the worst company especially it's employment dept. There shift timings are 9-6 but every employee have to stretch till 7:30-8 . Don't think in the benefit of employees.

Worst company ever seen after resignation they don't pay may f&f amount and HR and senior are very rude and not helpful.
