The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an international process-preferably targeting the Australian market-with a strong background in sales or appointment setting for solar energy projects. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients in Australia for solar solutions. Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solar offerings effectively. Book qualified appointments for our solar consultants and partner teams. Manage and nurture leads in the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.\ Handle objections and provide accurate product information. Report on call activity and results to the team lead or manager. Candidate Requirements: 1-2 years of telesales experience in an international voice process is a must Prior experience in Australian market campaigns or solar energy projects is highly preferred Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English Comfortable working the early morning shift (4:30 AM 1:30 PM IST) Target-driven, with a proven ability to meet sales goals Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus. Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player Shift Timing: 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Aligned with Australian business hours)
