Job Description (JD) Position: Marketing Professional – DC / MEPF / Construction Reporting To: Marketing Manager Experience: 5–7 Years Industry: Data Centres, MEPF Contracting, EPC / Design & Build Employment Type: Full-Time Role Objective To support the Marketing Manager in brand positioning, lead generation, bid support, client engagement, and corporate communication for Data Centre, MEPF, and GC projects, ensuring strong visibility in the B2B infrastructure market. This role focuses on project-based marketing and services, not product promotion. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy Support Assist in executing the annual marketing plan aligned with DC, MEPF, and EPC business goals. Support sector-focused marketing for Data Centres, Hyperscalers, Colocation providers, and Enterprise DCs. Coordinate with internal teams to gather project inputs, success stories, and credentials. 2. Lead Generation & Market Outreach Identify potential clients, consultants, PMCs, and developers in the DC & infrastructure space. Maintain and update lead databases, CRM, and contact trackers. Support email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking initiatives. Track leads from events, referrals, and digital channels. 3. Pre-Bid & Proposal Marketing Support Assist in preparation of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions from a marketing perspective. Develop and update: Company profiles Capability statements Project datasheets Case studies (DC, MEPF, GC scopes) Ensure alignment with client branding guidelines and bid requirements. 4. Branding & Corporate Communication Support brand consistency across all marketing collaterals. Coordinate development of: Corporate presentations Brochures Pitch decks Website content (projects, credentials, news) Work with designers/agencies for visual assets, infographics, and corporate creatives. 5. Digital & Content Marketing (Non-Product) Create and manage content focused on projects, execution capability, milestones, and industry expertise. Support LinkedIn and website updates highlighting: Project wins Milestones Certifications Thought leadership (DC execution, MEPF best practices) Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports. 6. Industry Events & Client Engagement Assist in planning and participation in: DC & infrastructure exhibitions Seminars & conferences Client meetings and roadshows Coordinate event materials, presentations, and post-event follow-ups. 7. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis Track competitor activity, project awards, and market trends in DC & infrastructure space. Prepare market insight notes to support management decisions. Maintain database of ongoing and upcoming DC projects. Key Skills & Competencies Technical / Functional Skills Strong understanding of Data Centre projects, MEPF services, and EPC / Design & Build models. Experience in B2B marketing for construction or infrastructure companies. Familiarity with tendering environments and proposal documentation. Working knowledge of: PowerPoint, Word, Excel Basic CRM tools LinkedIn & professional digital platforms Behavioral & Soft Skills Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with engineering, project, and leadership teams. Detail-oriented with good document control discipline. Proactive, organized, and deadline-driven. Professional client-facing demeanor. Qualification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent. Engineering background with marketing exposure is an added advantage.
