Experience - 1 year and above We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spa Therapist to deliver a range of wellness and beauty treatments—such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and more—to our clients. You’ll create a relaxing environment, consult clients on their individual needs, and ensure a high standard of care and service. Perform treatments including massages (Swedish, deep tissue), facials, body scrubs, waxing, manicures/pedicures,Aromatheraphy * Conduct client consultations to assess medical history, allergies, and desired outcomes, tailoring treatments accordingly. * Maintain and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and tools before and after each session. * Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and any follow-up notes. * Recommend and promote additional services or retail products to clients. * Uphold hygiene, safety, and health regulations at all times. * Manage inventory: restock supplies and notify supervisors of shortages. * Assist clients with use of spa facilities (e.g., sauna, steam room). * Resolve any client complaints or concerns, escalating when needed. * Stay informed of latest spa techniques, trends, and continue professional development.
